Ready to Recover from Religious Trauma?

Empowering those raised in cults & control to come home to themselves.

Hi, I’m Kristi!

I’m a former Seventh-day Adventist turned religious trauma coach. After deconstructing and healing from my own deeply rooted upbringing, I now have the honor of walking with you on your path to freedom, wholeness and transformation—offering virtual coaching to clients across the United States and Canada!

The Framework Behind the Transformation

Story Work
Telling your story to an attuned listener activates mirror neurons and begins to rewire your neurobiology. Story work isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. Healing begins when your story is truly seen, heard, and held with compassion.

Subconscious Repatterning

Trauma wires limiting beliefs deep into the subconscious. Through the CLEAR Method™ and gentle parts work, we identify and release these beliefs—creating space for powerful transformation, alignment, and freedom.

Shadow Work

High-control religion splits us—labeling some parts “good” and others “bad.”
In reality, the parts we’ve exiled often carry our greatest gifts: empathy, creativity, and deep connection. Shadow work is the compassionate journey back to wholeness, where nothing within you is wrong—just waiting to be reclaimed.

Somatic / Nervous System Work

Trauma isn’t just stored in the mind—it lives in the body. Through trauma-informed, body-based practices, we release what’s been stuck and restore nervous system safety. This is how we reconnect with a grounded, fully-embodied life.

Religious trauma coaching may be a supportive next step if you were part of a high-control or fundamentalist group and now find yourself feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. You might be carrying the weight of past emotional or sexual abuse, struggling with religious guilt, or feeling burned out by it all. If you’ve lost your sense of self, feel easily overwhelmed, or are questioning what you’ve been taught, you’re not alone.

This is a space for your healing—gently, at your pace.
