Your 8-Week Journey Includes:

Week 1

Understand Your Survival Patterns

Discover how your nervous system learned to protect you.

Does your body go to fight, flight, freeze, or fawn? Learn your “Four F” type, understand the neurobiology of trauma, and take your life back.

Week 2

Find Safety Within Yourself

Work with your body and nervous system to release old trauma and get you unstuck from survival mode, based on your “Four F” type.

Week 3

Shrink Your Inner Critic

Do you have an inner voice that loves to kick you when you're down? That constantly puts all of your worst parts on full display? It might even sound like one of your parents.

Are you exhausted from fighting this voice?

Gain the skill to walk away from the inner critic and find deep relief inside.

Don’t let your mom’s voice live rent-free in your head. The last big bully in your life is yourself.

Week 4

Process Grief & Anger

Do you feel stuck in life?

You might have un-grieved grief.

Deeply feel the anger and grief from your past. Your body holds your story as chemicals, or hormones. Feeling your feelings metabolizes these hormones in your body and opens you up to your future.

Week 5

Set Healthy Boundaries

How well do you set and hold healthy, strong boundaries?

Did you know your boundaries live in your body? Your yes’s and no’s live inside of you.


Can you hear your body’s truth?
What do you do about it?

Gain the skills and confidence to bring your inner truth into your outer world with clarity, not guilt.

Week 6

Unlock Your Authentic Self

Who are you?

If you grew up in an emotionally immature, religious household, you never got to know.
Instead, you were pressured to become “who you were supposed to be” at the cost of your own self-discovery.

Today’s the day.

Tune into yourself.
Unlock the truth inside.

Step into your future.

Week 7

Build Healthy Relationships

Identify your attachment style, recognize your attachment trauma, and gain the skills healthy, secure attachments from the inside out. Practice healthy communication and conflict resolution.

Learn to spot abuse. Identify coercion, control, gaslighting and manipulation, set strong boundaries and say “no” to old toxic people & patterns.

Tune into your partner’s deepest dreams, and deepest pain. Cultivate emotional intimacy, trust, and flourishing within your most important relationship in life.

Week 8

Step in to a new tomorrow

Healing doesn't end after eight weeks.

Together we'll celebrate your growth, reflect on your journey, create a personalized plan for continued healing, and leave feeling supported, empowered, and connected.
